Simond Farsons Cisk plc - 6% Bonds 2017-2020

Issue: Issue of €15,000,000 6% unsecured Bonds 2017/2020

Coupon: 6% p.a.

Nominal value: €100 per bond

Redemption value: at par

Maturity: 15th June 2020 with an option to redeem all or part of the bonds between 15th June 2017 and 14th June 2020 by giving not less than 30 days notice.

Preference will be given to existing holders of the SFC 2010-12 bond as held on 6th May 2010, shareholders of the issuer on the cut-off date and directors and employees.

Issue period: Applications from the preferred applicants will be received between the 20th May and 28th May 2010 whilst the offer to the general public will be open from the 1st June to 8th June 2010 (unless over-subscribed prior to the closing date).

Interest payment: Annually on 15th June
