The following is a company announcement issued by AX Investments p.l.c pursuant to Malta Financial Sevices Authority Listing Rule 8.7.23:

The Board of Directors of AX Investments p.l.c. have approved the Company’s Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31st October 2009.

These accounts will be available for viewing on the AX Holdings website (http://www.axholdings.com.mt) and at the  ompany’s registered office at AX House, Mosta Road, Lija, from 1st March 2010.
