Resumption of trading and listing of new Bond Issue The Board of Directors of Corinthia Finance p.l.c. (the “Company”) announces that trading in the Company’s 6.5% Bonds 2010 will resume next Monday, 15th March 2010.

Trading on this Bond was suspended on 2nd February 2010. This was done in order to give bondholders featuring on the register as at 5th February 2010 the option to surrender their holding of 6.5% Bonds 2010 in favour of the new 6.25% Bonds 2016-2019 (Second issue) issued by the Company on 12th February 2010. This new Bond was today listed on the Malta Stock Exchange, pursuant to Council Notice No. 612.

The register of 6.5% Bonds 2010 now includes those bondholders who have exercised their option to redeem their holding on 8th April 2010.
