The Board of Directors of GlobalCapital p.l.c. has today, Thursday 18 March 2010, met and approved the Group's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009 and resolved to lay the same for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. A preliminary statement of annual results for the finanical year ended 31 December 2009 is attached herewith.
