The following is a company announcement issued by GO plc pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 8.7.1 and 8.7.2.

GO hereby announces that Forgendo Limited (“Forgendo”) (the joint venture company between GO PLC and Emirates International Telecommunications (Malta) Limited) has acquired a further 4,316,931 shares in Forthnet S.A. (“Forthnet”) issued share capital, for a total consideration of €4,671,154.79. Forgendo’s shareholding in Forthnet, now stands at 39.8787%.
