This is a company announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 8.7.3 of the Listing Rules: QUOTE The Board of Directors of Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on the 12 April 2010 to:- - a) consider and approve Grand Harbour Marina p.l.c.’s Final Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2009; and
- b) consider the declaration of a dividend to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting.
