The following is a Company Announcement published in terms of Listing Rule 8.7.9 of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. advises that on the 30th April 2010 an additional 479,111 Ordinary Shares of €0.25 each were admitted to listing on the Malta Stock Exchange. This addition was in respect of the Scrip Dividend approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 22nd April 2010.

The Issued and Paid Up Share Capital is now therefore made up of 36,092,692 Ordinary Shares of €0.25 each all of which carry the same voting rights.
