The following is a company announcement issued by GAP Developments plc (the company) pursuant to Listing Rules 8.7.5 and 8.16 to 8.19 of the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules:

The Company hereby announces that Mr Hugh Attard Montalto of 2 Oakhill apartments, Triq Scicluna St Julians has been appointed as a non-executive director of the comapny with effect from april 30 , 2010. mr Attard Montalto is a General Manager of a local Oil terminal storage facility and holds a number of directorships on private locally registered companies.

He does not hold office as director in any other listed Company, nor has he held any such office at any time in the past in previous five years.

There is no matter regarding Mr Attard Montalto requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 8.16.3 to 8.16.8
