The following resolutions are beig presented for consideration at the Annual general Meeting of Hotel San Antonio plc to be held on Tuesday 22nd June 2010 at San antonio Hotel & Spa at 14:00 hours.

1. To recieve and approve the audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2009 and to consider the Directors' and Auditors' report thereon.
