The following resolutions were presented and approved at the Annual General Meeting of Hotel San Antonio plc held on Tuesday 22nd June 2010 at San Antonio Hotel & Spa:

1.   the audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2009 and the Directors' and 'Auditors' report thereon.

2.   Directors were re-electied and appointed

3.   Deloitte & Touche as auditors were re-appointed
