Company Announcement issued by PAVI Shopping Complex p.l.c. pursuant to Listing Rule 8.7.5 (Change of Officer)

PAVI Shopping Complex p.l.c. (the “Company”) announces that with effect from the 15th of June 2010 Dr. Antonio Depasquale has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Dr. Jacqueline Borg of “Luciville”, Dun Filippo Borg Street, B’Kara has been appointed in his stead.

Dr. Borg who is a practicing advocate by profession, has not held office as director in any other listed company at any time in the previous five years. There is no matter regarding Dr. Borg requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 8.16.3 to 8.16.8.
