Benjamin Zammit is an Independent Non-Executive Director specialising in the intersection of corporate strategy, technology, and AI-enabled transformation. As WPP Netherlands Country Lead for AI, he advises WPP leadership on GenAI implementation and leads a cross-functional community of AI champions to embed WPP’s platform into core business-development and client-service workflows. In parallel, as Strategy & Implementation Manager he partners directly with client teams to implement consumer-centric strategies and new operating practices that scale. His sector exposure spans marketing services, consumer goods/retail, financial services, and sustainability-oriented social enterprise, with hands-on delivery for brands including Nestlé, Heineken, BISSELL and Nespresso. He also supports LISI (Legal Innovation for Sustainable Investments) on AI-informed strategy to advance sustainable investment models.
