Maksym is a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst at Curmi & Partners Limited, with extensive experience in investment analysis and a proven track record in delivering data-driven research. His career began as an Investment Analyst at a Swiss wealth consulting firm, where he developed strong financial analysis skills, before moving into the private debt market through his role in the wholesale banking division of a leading fintech bank in Malta.
At Curmi & Partners, Maksym manages discretionary portfolios and plays a key role in research initiatives and the formulation of investment strategies.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta, graduating with First Class Honours. As part of his academic journey, he also studied at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, gaining valuable international expertise in economics and finance. Maksym is actively pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, having successfully completed Levels I and II, and is currently studying towards the final Level III examination to obtain his CFA charter, further strengthening his expertise and market insight.
